Yorkville, Toronto's 100 Davenport Condo is a new mixed-use condominium development currently in pre-construction at the southeast corner of Davenport Road and McAlpine Street in the Yorkville neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario by Diamante Development Corporation.  
This proposed development consists of a 39 storey building with 53 residential suites ranging in size from 400 Sq. ft. to over 4000 sq. ft. , designed by Douglas Cardinal Architects and ZAP Architects.  

The design would provide  underground parking access that is proposed via a ramp connecting to McAlpine Street.  The design proposal would provide six levels of underground parking for 114 vehicular parking spaces (the possible breakdown being ,100 spots for residents of the building and 14 for guest parking or possibly commercial use) .  There are also a possible  65 bicycle parking spaces proposed where  52 may be be long-term spaces for residents, 2 will be long-term spaces for retail and 11 will be for short-term spaces for guests and/ or  retail use.  The loading area for garbage and recycling is proposed to be located on the southeast corner of the building to be accessed by  Blackmore Street, a small side street south of McAlpine Street.  
This is a convenient location, close to Yonge and Bloor, Avenue Road and Davenport , The shops of the "mink mile " including Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Prada and Gucci.
