The entrance to 55 Scollard Street is easily accessed from the main drive to the Four Season's property on Yorkville Avenue. .
55 Scollard Street is a residential-only building with a separate entrance and lobby on Scollard Street on the north side of the building as well as the main entrance to the property off Yorkville Avenue. Residents of the East tower may access the hotel amenities including the spa and fitness centre located in the West tower via an elevated pedestrian bridge located on the 9th floor of 55 Scollard Street. The rose garden, a courtyard park in front of the property is shared by both buildings.
The exterior construction of the East tower differs from that of the West tower and each building has their own separate condominium board. There are also one bedroom suites and one plus one bedroom suites in the East tower that you won't find in the West tower. The residents of both buildings share the same benefits in regards to the enjoyment and access to the hotel amenities and both buildings carry the prestige and luxury services of The Four Seasons Private Residences brand.
