20 and 25 Scrivener Square ,The Thornwood 1 and 2 are arguably Rosedale's most prominent condo's . The real estate numbers above appear on the surface to indicate a real estate a decline in the average sale. However,this is not a factual number as one condo sold for $5,257,000 boosting the average in 2017. If you compare the stats based on all other sales , the 2018 average price was $1,015,778 and  in 2017 was only $1,094,000 a decrease of 7% showing that the numbers have actually become stronger since late 2017. Another interesting stat is that the condos are still selling at 105% of the listing price, proving strength in the buildings. Condos are selling in just over 2 weeks another strong stat validating the strength of 20 and 25 Scrivener condos In the third quarter of 2018, 3 condominiums have sold, all over asking in 20 and 25 Scrivener square
